Drift Chatbot Pricing: What Actually Happened
If you are searching for Drift's price, start here: Salesloft's own product page now says it has transitioned from Drift to 1mind. There is no public Drift pricing to quote.
Prices verified 18 July 2026. Vendors change pricing often, so every figure links to its source.
The short version, checked on 18 July 2026: Salesloft's Drift page states, word for word, "We've transitioned from Drift to 1mind". Drift is not presented as an actively sold product any more, and no price is shown for it or for its successor.
Salesloft's pricing page publishes no dollar figures at all. It is a "talk to sales" form. So any specific Drift price you find online today is either historical or a third-party estimate, and this page labels which is which rather than inventing a number.
What happened to Drift's pricing
Drift went from transparent public tiers to no public pricing at all, and then to being replaced.
- Before the acquisition, Drift published tiered pricing publicly, so buyers could self-serve evaluate.
- After Salesloft acquired Drift, the public tiers came down and everything moved behind a sales conversation.
- As of the date on this page, Salesloft's Drift page says it has transitioned from Drift to 1mind, and positions 1mind as the conversational AI in the platform.
For a buyer this is the part that matters: you cannot price Drift today, you cannot buy it as a standalone chatbot with a published rate, and the product you would be adopting is on a migration path.
What teams reported paying
These are third-party figures, not vendor-published prices. Treat them as a rough order of magnitude.
Independent pricing trackers and review sites have put Drift's entry tier in the region of $2,500 a month, with enterprise agreements reported in the tens of thousands per year and multi-year commitments. Salesloft has never published these numbers, and we cannot verify them against a vendor page, so they are included only to show the order of magnitude, not as a quote.
The practical takeaway holds regardless of the exact figure: Drift sat at the enterprise end of the market, sold on annual contracts, which is a different purchase entirely from a self-serve chatbot subscription.
If you are still paying for Drift
A product on a migration path is a renewal conversation, not a status quo.
- Ask Salesloft directly what the supported path is for your account, and get the timeline in writing.
- Ask what happens to your existing playbooks, routing rules and conversation history on migration.
- Check your contract's renewal date and any auto-renew clause before you are inside the notice window.
- Price the replacement now rather than at renewal, when you have less room to negotiate.
- If the chatbot was the only part of Drift you actually used, you are probably buying far more platform than you need.
What a replacement costs
If the chatbot was the job, a focused chatbot costs a fraction of an enterprise conversational platform.
matram.ai is flat monthly: Basic $29, Standard $69, Pro $199, with unlimited team seats and no per-agent or per-resolution charges. Above that there is an Enterprise tier for custom volume, quoted by sales and invoiced, with no published price. There is a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required. There is no permanently free tier.
Be clear about what you give up. Drift was a conversational marketing and sales platform: ABM targeting, routing to reps, meeting booking and conversation intelligence. matram.ai is an AI chatbot that trains on your content, cites its sources, captures and qualifies leads, and hands off to a human. If you need meeting booking, it hands over a Calendly or Cal.com link or books on a connected Google Calendar, which covers the common case but is not a sales-engagement suite.
The Drift alternative page walks through the switch in more detail, and the chatbot ROI calculator will tell you what a replacement is worth against your own ticket volume.
