Overview

Matram helps businesses build AI assistants trained on their own content. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

What we collect

Account data - your name, email, and workspace details.
Content you add - the website pages, files, and text you use to train your assistant.
Conversations - messages exchanged with your assistant, and any contact details visitors choose to share.
Usage data - basic logs needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service, answer your visitors' questions, secure your account, and improve reliability. Your content is isolated per workspace and is never used to train third-party AI models. Connector tokens are encrypted at rest.

Sharing

We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the service (for example, hosting, database, and AI-model providers) under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from your account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at hello@matram.ai.
