Agreement
By using Matram, you agree to these terms. If you're using Matram on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host it and run your assistant. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you upload and for what your assistant is configured to say.
Acceptable use
Don't use Matram for anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and can be changed or cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end and is not pro-rated. Our order process is run by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. When we refund a payment, and how to ask, is set out in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated answers can be imperfect; you're responsible for reviewing how your assistant is set up. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
