Grounded answers, with the source attached

For every question the agent retrieves the passages that match from your content and writes the answer from them, then links the exact page it used. A visitor can click through and confirm it, and you can see precisely what the agent was working from. This is retrieval from your material, not a general model answering from memory.

Honest when your content has a gap

In strict mode the agent answers only from content you approved. When nothing in your material covers a question, it says so and offers a person, instead of a confident wrong answer, which is the failure that actually loses a customer's trust. You set how strict each bot is.
